Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT & PROCESSING TIMES:

All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days (Monday – Friday).
Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends or holidays.
Selecting expedited shipping will not decrease the order processing time!

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. USPS / FEDEX rates are automatically applied.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

Professor Whyte’s ships to addresses within the United States only. PO Box addresses are accepted as well.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking # will be provided after orders have been processed.

DAMAGES:

Professor Whyte’s works very diligently to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at 1 (866) 578-6498.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods

Professor Whyte’s retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill.
